This Wednesday, supermodel Kate Moss testified in the defamation trial waged by her ex-partner, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, making it clear that the actor was never violent with her.
Moss was the first witness to speak on day 22 of the trial, although she did not attend the court in Farifax, Virginia, the famous appeared remotely and was very clear in answering the questions.
The British was questioned about the event in which, according to Amber Heard, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor had thrown her down the stairs during a vacation in Jamaica.
Moss only answered the questions asked by her ex-partner’s team, as the representatives of Heard did not want to question her.

About the event in question, the then couple went to Jamaica and at one point during the trip there was a storm and Moss fell down some stairs and injured her back.
“We were leaving the room and Johnny came out of the room before me. There had been a storm and when I came out of the room I slipped down the stairs and hurt my back,” the model recounted.
“I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me and I was in pain and he came running to help me and took me to my room and got me medical attention,” she added.
